Before we begin enrollment for the 2026-2027 season, we want to make sure we find the absolute perfect class match for your dancer’s age, style, and schedule.

⚠️ Note: This is a non-binding interest form to help us build our schedule and place your dancer. It does not guarantee a spot or require any payment. Once submitted, our team will reach out closer to the beginning of the season with next steps!

Registration Requirements

There is a $30 non-refundable registration fee per student. Tuition is due on the first of every month and can be automatically deducted from account provided by the DanceStudio Pro app!

A 10% late fee will be applied to any outstanding balances not received by the 10th of the month!

Waiver of Liability

This agreement releases Love 2 Dance Academy, LLC from all liability related to injuries that may occur on premises or during a performance. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Love 2 Dance Academy free from all liability including financial injuries incurred regardless of whether said injuries are caused by negligence. I also acknowledge the risks involved in dancing and acro/gymnastics. I am participating voluntarily and all risks have been made clear to me. I agree that there are no pre-existing conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaged in these activities.

I have read the terms and conditions and understand them. I further understand that signing up will voluntarily surrender certain legal rights.
